First off, it is most definatly series two (or season 3 as they like to call it) just so you know it wasn't a mix up or

The majority of the preview focused on the Metarex and Eggman. From what was presented, they got all the names right. Metarex, Dark Oak, Planet Egg. They also mentioned Eggman having to chose whether to defend of destroy Sonic, as well as the Metarex plot twists (quite well, I might add, yet not giving away too much) so it seems like there isn't a huge amount of damage done to the plot. But we'll just have to wait for some of the other stuff like Molly, episode 67, and Tails x Cosmo. Oh yeah, and the whole Rouge blackmailing Bokkun was in there too. :)

Now for the bad news: Next to no Cosmo. She was in one short scene that didn't even focus on her. We didn't hear her voice, and Mike didn't even mention her name (Here's hoping it wasn't changed to something stupid). They didn't whow any of the Super Sonic scenes, so I don't know if they have the complete animation. Same thing goes for the spindash sound. The one bit of BGM that was included was Rouge's annoying Saxophone music, so that still gonna be in there. x.x Also, Chris isn't in the trailer at all, but it's not like that means anything ;D

The most bizzare part of this preview is that they used a bunch of clips from the Japanese second opening. More specifically, the Super Sonic versus Super Shadow bit and the English version of the 'SONIC' letters rolling in.

If anyone managed to record this, a video would be most appreciated.

I taped Mew Mew Power and Winx Club for my sister this morning and saw the preview stuff they had going on, and realized I could've taped that too. >_< As for Cosmo's name not being mentioned, I wouldn't be surprised if they did change it; they'd probably do it to avoid confusion with Cosmo from Fairly Oddparents or something.

Well if Season 1 - 2 US was anything to go by... This new series will suck even more. I can see huge chunks being cut out of all the episodes, Cosmo's death just... WONT happen... The deaths of the other plant-creature things WONT happen, the guy in the tree being killed by the plants wont happen/will be edited a lot. Shadow wont be trying to kill Cosmo, instead try and abduct her or some shit like that... Knowing 4KIDS, It will be just "OMGOMG I WAN A TALK WIT U!!11" while destroying everything on a mad rampage... Cosmo's name will most likely change to "Lilly" or some lame ass shit like that... The Metarex's will sound like they came from the local YMCA like Gamma did... *shudder* Yep... It's going to suck. =P

But Lily is used in the Harry Potter books and even though it has one less L it is ZOMGR COPYRIGHTED so they'll have to make it Lirry.

Anyway, Lilly is an actual name... How can one copy right a name? =P The only reason they made Zoro, "Zolo" in One Piece is so they could be "Cool" which they're so obviously not or to just make his name stand out more. =P

Last time I checked, Disney (or someone else) copyrighted Zorro. 4kids most likely didn't want to run the risk, as Disney can pretty much pwn 4kids anyday =P

I think the bird that Amy was helping in the Sonic Adventure part of Sonic X was called Lilly, both in the English and Japanese versions. Personally, I don't see why they didn't use "Birdie" from the game (unless the Japanese version of the game was "Lilly".
Hopefully 4Kids will keep the name Cosmo.
