I just got done with a weird fucking dream. I have to say it and I didn't know who else to tell. Even though I KNOW its meaning already. I sure as hell don't need a dictionary for it.

I was in my home area (keep in mind I now live in a dorm) and I run into my old cross country coach (also my former Cisco teacher, but CC coach is all that is needed to know for this dream.) I start running with him and I notice that he is completely gray. Not literally, but gray as in hair color AKA white IE what your hair looks like when you get really old. This wasn't too much a stretch since he was kind of old when I left him. We strike up a conversation and catch up with his students. My mind is set on the fact that I had just graduated and everyone there was in the classes just below me... Except the people there were like 12 or 13 or something congratulating me on my run. Then we run to this local supermarket and I find a bunch of people in the class just behind me/former classmates of mine. One of them who was short had grown taller than me. In fact everyone in the room was taller than me. I found this weird considering the fact that I'm about 6 foot. And most of the people there were old looking. A girl in the class below I know said hi and she looked fourtysomething (she was a girl I had always wanted to talk to and only did so at CC meets/practices.) Hell, just about everyone there looked fourtysomething or thirtysomethnig. A lot of the lower classmen remembered me but I didn't know who the fuck they were. After this I somehow break away from all of them, head home and wake up. I was full of only one feeling when I woke up. Regret. Lots and lots of regret. My-eyes-are-watering-as-I-type-this regret.

This dream showed me a huge error in my ways. All the people I could have known in HS, all the people whose lives I could have been a part of but alienated because I was "shy" in HS are now gone. I will never see most of them again untill a point in life where their existance won't even matter to me. I fucked up in HS. I fucked up real bad. I haven't felt so guilty about any trait of mine in a long time. I have never seen a flaw in my personality so clearly. There is only one thing I can think of. I don't ever want to have that dream again. I have to change or it will be the same way with college.

Spiderman manga.  Peter Parker is clearly Asian, but with the same costume as in America.  The link above takes you to a site selling the entire manga collection for a nice price.

I have the Mysterio issue (16 I think). Spider-Man Manga rocks. I should get more issues of it. 1960s Spider-Man owns all though.

Yeah, like Nik explained, tax is 17.5% here, I think it's only 6% over in America? That, and if I'm right, in America it's added on on top of the price tag, over here, it's price tag-inclusive, so you never really see it unless you stand there and add it up. But it does rock to import things though, the things are cheaper and the pound is worth more, so it works out insanely well to import stuff from your country (and others). That, and the stuff we buy from you might not even be out over here at the time when we buy it cheaply. It's a great system all round.

I figured imports would be the plus side. But then I'm sure you all get killed on shipping.

Screw shipping, the killing is when Customs gets hold of your £40 Jap DVD import and slaps £15 import tax on it...

Ouch.

I kinda know how you feel, DF.  I'm starting college next week, and I'm nervous as hell.
That reminds me, I need to get my stuff ready, I'm leaving on Wendsday.

Aren't you only 16?

Well, he acts 12, but according to his profile he turned 18 days ago.

I have 3 words for you:

Screw you, hippie!

Edit: Stupid cheap ass keyboard...

I'll still never forget me making an ass out of myself, Day 1, in your ban topic =P Though you're cooler now than back then.

Thank you, it's nice to know that some people notice I'm not the same person I was a year ago.

You are still you. And believe it or not, you act like you.

Only if Prof. Plum's pulling the trigger.

I thought Prof. Plum only liked pulling Mr. Body's "trigger."

Well that's what Whodunit was framed for doing. Mrs. White was taping it.

Ah, it's all clear now.

Hornets? I think you mean wasps =P And yes, they are, that's the one downside to the odd years we have a summer (last recognisable summer, 1997).

Tomato, tomato. Potato, potato. Aww fuck that saying just doesn't work via text.

Anyway, yes wasps. I confused hornets and wasps. Anyway little yellow things with stingers on their asses are all over the place.

So much so, that respectable broadsheet papers now release tabloid sized versions of their papers, same content, they're just trying to appeal to the tabloid-reading masses.

Thanks for that interesting tidbit of info.

Point being, Customer Service can both rock and suck in the same country =P

That statement of mine was more secondhand than anything. I just heard from my relatives there that customer support is allowed to hang up on you if they give you shit and you say something unpleasant. Also they were having problems with BT.

QUOTE
Har har. I'm younger than you, and I'm gonna be legally drinking before you =P (Sorry, couldn't help but rub in your country's flagrant faggotry when it comes to alcomahol.)

Well, technicaly I was legal to drink while I was in England, so I was legal to drink beforehand. But if you mean in our own countries, you are correct.
