Somebody reccommend me a prog to convert raw AAC files (with or without a ID3 tag) to an MP4 container (without reencoding).

isn't conversion technically re-encoding the data to another format? or am I mistaken

well .aac is raw AAC(winamp likes to stick MP3 ID3 tags on them...) no MP4 container. There should be a way to take the raw AAC file and stick it in a MP4 container.
