Fox hunters suck. Britian banned them from fox hunting, they now complain about how they've been stopped (they said the government stopped them using some illegal methord or something, which turned out false and they were fucked over once again) because as we all know foxes are such deadly and dangerous foxes are... I mean, who the fuck hunts something so small with the help of several dogs? Honestly, these people need to go hunt something worthwhile and grow a pair of balls for gods sake...

It's the claims that it's a 'gentleman's sport' yet they rioted like nothing else.

Cowardly dicks.

Yeah, fox-hunting seems so stupid to me, yet I can't help but wonder why it was so important that my family's surname reflected it, when most of us made our living doing nothing of that sort. (My last name is Reynolds...which I think is something-fox hunters, iirc.)

As for Tails, I wouldn't shoot him, but I would definitely kill anything that even looked like the 'Tails-Doll'...(I fucking hate that thing)

I'm reminded of this story for some reason:

The Most Dangerous Game

I remember that story... It was in some complation of short stories that they made us read and do reports on in grade 7. The assignment was a pain in the ass, but the story was interesting.

Anyway, on topic: I don't really see the merit in fox hunting, or hunting in general. I mean, sure it's fun to shoot stuff, but that's what paintball is for. Sure, there's merit in killing a cow for a good steak dinner, I love steak! But I just don't see the point of killing something when there's no purpose for doing so.

Win.

I find fox hunting a touchy subject. With all those animal rights idiots and shit, I can't really say that I'm with it, or against it. So, I'm 50/50 with it, I guess. It really doesn't bother me that much though.

Yeah, there's a lot of animal rights obsessed assholes out there (like PETA), but nobody should listen to them. They shouldn't force their beliefs on others.

I don't see why I would benefit from hunting, so I don't do it. I'm not going to stop anyone else from hunting, and I'm still going to stick to my almost exclusively meat diet. This may make me sound immoral, but I feel no remorse for eating meat, as I didn't personally kill the animal. I also feel that the animals' death was justified because I ate it. It's the fucking food chain, whether PETA likes it or not.

I really don't care terribly much about animal rights, I just don't like killing things.

A million people have said this before, but as long as there's someone dying of hunger in the world, fuck animal rights.

Not that I approve of brutally murdering animals, but I think hunting animals which aren't endangered is a normal thing, and I see NOTHING wrong with it. However, if the animal is endagered, that's no good. Basically because other people won't be able to hunt it in the future. Animals will grow and die no matter how many people hunt; so long as hunting is reduced when the species is endangered, there's nothing to worry about.

Exactly. And think about it: If the animals were hunting and eating us, do you think think they would care about our "feelings"? They just need to survive, and to do that they must eat. And if they need to eat humans to survive, so be it. The same goes with us.

Agreed with these two ^

Kill all you want if you're going to eat it - I'll join in the feast. Killing for sport however? Why? I could understand if you were taking on bears with just a knuckle duster as that would be one kickass sport, but foxes with a massive pack of dogs? Where's the sport in that other than simple bloodlust? The lovely excuse of 'Controlling the fox population' doesn't fly when it's a stupidly slow, inefficient way to if that was all you were trying to do, then you'd just buy a rifle and hunt them yourself.

I'm reminded of the Simpsons episode where Homer tries to get Bart to shoot a deer (and then a reindeer as there *WERE* no deer) to prove he wasn't gay.
